She began her nursing career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where she developed strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. She later transitioned to outpatient surgical services, serving as both a post-operative and OR circulating nurse. Leisha’s interest in aesthetic medicine was inspired by her exposure to Dr. Langelier’s transformative surgical work.
Through her surgical experience in oculofacial plastic surgery, she gained an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy and advanced surgical techniques. Having cared for hundreds of Dr. Langelier’s surgical patients, Leisha seamlessly integrates this knowledge with her passion for aesthetics to deliver exceptional, natural-looking results.
As an aesthetic nurse specialist, Leisha focuses on laser treatments and injectables, working alongside Dr. Langelier to develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals. She is dedicated to patient education, ensuring that individuals feel informed and confident throughout their aesthetic journey. Her expertise in laser resurfacing allows her to safely and effectively address concerns such as skin texture, age spots, pigmentation, redness, rosacea, and fine lines, delivering transformative results with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
Outside of her professional role, Leisha enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their three children, and their Dalmatian. She is passionate about health and wellness, striving to maintain a balanced, active lifestyle in the midst of her busy family life.
